Indirect Sales Manager – Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur (Published 19-Dec-2025). Travel may be occasionally required. This role focuses on designing and executing a go-to-market strategy, delivering revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within BMC Helix’s partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an indirect primary quota carrier; build a go‑to‑market business plan aligned to indirect and regional plans, continuously pushing to exceed targets.
  • Create business plans for specific partners and communicate them to both internal BMC teams and partner stakeholders.
  • Design a partner pipeline generation program to produce incremental new license revenue by developing an autonomous partner ecosystem.
  • Act as a BMC brand ambassador internally and externally, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
  • Participate in global projects, learn continuously, and challenge yourself to innovate solutions for everyday problems.
