Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in import/export operations or freight forwarding.
• Familiar with import/export documentation and basic freight forwarding processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import and export operations for air and/or sea freight shipments.
• Coordinate closely with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and internal teams.
• Prepare and process shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, BL / AWB, customs-related documents.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Liaise with customs brokers and relevant authorities to support customs clearance activities.
• Ensure all operations comply with company procedures and local regulations.
• Resolve operational issues and handle exceptions in a timely manner.
• Perform other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with import/export documentation and basic freight forwarding processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple parties.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
