Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for an Import Export Coordinator in the Paper Industry. The responsibilities of the Import Export Coordinator include preparing and managing import and export documentation accurately, coordinating shipments, liaising with international suppliers and customers, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and providing excellent customer service support. The role also involves monitoring and resolving any issues related to shipments and maintaining accurate records of transactions and logistics operations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Export Documentation, Import, and processes
  • Knowledge and experience in Import Export operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and logistics processes
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
