Job description

i.Import and Export Management: Responsible for customs declaration and clearance documentation for chemical products exported to various countries. Familiar with Malaysia's customs policies to ensure compliance with declaration requirements, avoid clearance delays or fines. Optimize HS code classification and declaration processes, and reasonably use free trade agreements (such as RCEP, ASEAN Tariff Preferences) to reduce tariff costs.

ii.Customs Cost Optimization and Management: Handle exemption form procedures, analyze tax costs such as tariffs and SST, put forward supply chain optimization suggestions, and collaborate with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents and local partners to optimize clearance efficiency and costs.

iii.System and Data Management: Proficient in using office systems (such as SAP, CMS), ensure the accuracy and traceability of declaration data, and promote process improvement.

iv.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Provide customs support to planning, warehousing, procurement and other teams, and continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency.

v.Risk Management and Compliance: Proactively identify compliance risks in import and export activities (such as customs, trade control), establish internal control mechanisms to ensure 100% compliance.

vi.Emergency Plan Management: Formulate and drill logistics emergency plans, and be able to quickly and effectively respond to emergencies such as transportation delays and customs inspections to ensure production continuity.
