About the job Immediate Hiring | Senior Account Cum Admin Executive

About The Employer:

This company was incorporated on 2002-11-14 in Malaysia. Business includes designers, fabricator, repair, modifier, importer, exporter assembler, dealer, stokist and manufacturer of product identification equipment, integrated printing and packaging solutions.

  • Basic Salary: RM3,500 - RM5,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full set of accounts
  • Accounts receivable posting and customer credit management
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing on time
  • Timely preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis, cash flow forecast and bank reconciliation
  • Year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities
  • Maintain accurate and effective filling system
  • Implement internal controls and process improvements with accounting policies and operational processes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory reporting and local authorities
  • Timely processing of payroll and claims
  • Manage office maintenance and responsible for office administrative tasks
  • Assist daily operational duties and perform ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least LCCI certification, Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and any accounting software
  • Working knowledge of statutory requirements, transfer pricing, tax computation and SST
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Deadline-driven and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Able to work independently
  • Discretion, good attitude, good interpersonal skills and a team-player
