Job Scope

• Develop storyboard and styleframe for short animation, motion graphics, explainer videos: Plan visual storytelling sequences by sketching story ideas, crafting storyboards with clear framing and pacing, and producing polished styleframes that establish the visual direction. This includes interpreting scripts, proposing visual concepts, and ensuring consistency in style and tone across the project.
• Develop character and environmental design for animation: Design appealing characters with distinct silhouettes, personalities, and expressions, along with various key poses suited for animation needs. Create backgrounds, props, and environmental elements. This includes refining sketches, producing clean artwork across various styles such as digital painting and stylised vector illustration.
• Develop user interface for interactive and game content: Design UI elements such as buttons, icons, menus, HUD elements, and in-game illustrations optimized for web, mobile, or game engines. Collaborate with game developers to prepare and export assets in the required formats, ensuring they integrate smoothly and function properly in the development stage.
• Develop illustration for commercial graphic: Produce high-quality illustrations for branding, infographics, publications, posters, social media content, and promotional materials. This includes translating creative briefs into clear visual concepts, generating imagery that supports messaging goals.

Skills Required

• Proficient in crafting effective AI prompts for major image generators (e.g., OpenAI, Nano Banana Pro), including the ability to control style, lighting, composition, and character consistency to support visual development.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Have a good aesthetic sense and basic drawing fundamentals.
