Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end management from requirement analysis to product implementation, focusing on building platform product features and resolving issues between users and merchants.
• Collect and analyze user requirements, translating them into detailed product feature requirement documents.
• Prepare comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), clarifying requirement priorities and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with front-end and back-end development teams to ensure timely project delivery and address any issues that arise during the process.
• Independently oversee the design and implementation of one or more functional modules, managing the entire lifecycle from requirement analysis to launch.
• Continuously optimize product features and user experience based on data analysis and user feedback.
• Develop product acceptance criteria and testing standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as an internet product manager, preferably with hands‑on experience in managing complete product projects.
• Familiar with the development processes of front-end and back-end products, capable of independently designing and implementing functional modules.
• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with the ability to communicate effectively with designers.
• Some technical background, including knowledge of fundamental concepts and technical architecture in front-end and back-end development, enabling seamless communication with development teams.
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify solutions in complex environments.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and trends, staying attuned to developments in the internet industry.
