Qualifications

• 3-7 years experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Network Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL Server/SQL Express.
• Good understanding of Windows networking including TCP/IP, DNS, SMB/NAS shares.
• Must have personal transport and the ability to commute daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support to clinics and customers in Singapore.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot SQL-based applications and network issues.
• Manage internal IT operations including device setup and networking support.
• Administer corporate software accounts like SAP/ERP and Microsoft 365.
