Position: Human Resources Recruitment Specialist

Employment Status: Temporary (3 months)

Location: Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia

Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM4,000

Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role based in Bandar Baru Bangi for a Recruiter at Monstr International. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the company’s recruitment needs. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, and managing applicant databases. The Recruiter will contribute to identifying the best candidates to join Monstr’s growing team.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in recruitment processes such as sourcing, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with experience in managing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Experience in talent acquisition or HR-related roles is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
