The HR Manager is responsible for executing human resource strategies and initiatives. The person supports the company by creating and implementing policies, procedures, and programs in the areas of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns and engagement in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee payroll and benefits programs and ensure they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, update, and implement human resource policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company is in compliance with all labour laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Plan and deliver training and development programs to meet the needs of the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a human resources role with a focus on recruitment.
