A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide strategic HR direction and collaborate with business partners. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail or relevant sector. Responsibilities include managing recruitment strategies, developing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws. This role is pivotal for driving the company's vision and supporting its expansion program.
This position reports to the President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd.
The role would require Human Resource (HR) to provide strategic direction on in-house HR function and also collaborate with the business partners / stakeholders across the country in delivering real time business requirements such as recruitment, resourcing, payroll, training, reviewing compensation and supporting the Group’s expansion programme.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for setting the direction for the HR department’s strategies, administration and evaluation of performance.
