The Human Resources Manager is responsible to manage the full spectrum of human resources functions for the Hospital and provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and fostering a positive work environment for the Hospital.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • A proven HR leader with minimum 10 years of leadership experience and have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR initiatives to support the Hospital's business.
  • Possess strong communication skills to influence and ability to drive a high-performance culture and excellence in the Hospital.
