Job description

Human Resources Learning & Development is responsible for conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA), managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and overseeing the Performance Management System (PMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, employee development, and performance evaluation, contributing to our organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Identify training needs through performance evaluations, skills assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars, both internally and externally sourced.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Capability Management
  • Facilitate capability management exercises, including job evaluations, skills assessments, SME management and training needs analysis.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to address them.
  • Monitor employee development progress and track the effectiveness of training programs.
HRDC Levy Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with HRDC (Human Resource Development Council) Levy requirements for training and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to assess training needs and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit HRDC Levy reports and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to compensation, benefits, training, and development activities.
  • Generate regular reports and analyses to track key metrics, such as training hours, claim resolution rates, and compliance with HRDC Levy obligations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Performance Management System
  • Implement and maintain a performance management system to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address performance issues.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on Learning Development and PMS.
