Human Resources Learning & Development is responsible for conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA), managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and overseeing the Performance Management System (PMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, employee development, and performance evaluation, contributing to our organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations, skills assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars, both internally and externally sourced.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Capability Management
- Facilitate capability management exercises, including job evaluations, skills assessments, SME management and training needs analysis.
- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to address them.
- Monitor employee development progress and track the effectiveness of training programs.
HRDC Levy Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HRDC (Human Resource Development Council) Levy requirements for training and development initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to assess training needs and allocate resources accordingly.
- Prepare and submit HRDC Levy reports and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to compensation, benefits, training, and development activities.
- Generate regular reports and analyses to track key metrics, such as training hours, claim resolution rates, and compliance with HRDC Levy obligations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Performance Management System
- Implement and maintain a performance management system to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address performance issues.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on Learning Development and PMS.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and program effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
