HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) ASSISTANT - TEMPORARY/CONTRACT

Responsibilities
  • Maintain general admin records and filing system for all invoices, agreements, purchase requisitions, and related documents for easy reference. Monitor and track purchase requisition and quotation status, stock control, and office administration arrangement.
  • Prepare and submit monthly invoices to the Group Finance Department without delay.
  • Assist in executing onboarding arrangements for new joiners in compliance with internal procedure. Manage internal forms distribution and accurate record updates.
  • Assist in coordinating the full spectrum of employee training activities in compliance with internal procedure. Responsible for training room booking, room setup поскольку F&B arrangements, and collaboration with trainers throughout the event, as well as internal forms distribution and record updates.
  • Submit HRD Grant and HRD Claim applications into the HRD portal promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regularly on work‑related arrangements.
  • Liaise with the insurance provider to process the company vehicle’s insurance and road tax renewal on a timely basis.
  • Assess the work standards and performance declares of cleaners and guards from time to time.
  • Assist in any ad‑hoc activities as and when requested by superior.

Note: The supervisor or management tata may assign any other job as relevant as and when the need arises.
