A construction company in Subang Jaya is seeking a Human Resources Executive to develop HR strategies and manage recruitment. The role demands a minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing payroll, and overseeing employee relations. Candidates should possess a diploma in Human Resources or a related field, proficiency in English and Malay, and exhibit professionalism. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organisation’s objectives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff communications to foster a positive working environment.
Lead full-cycle recruitment including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Prepare offer letters, manage employment contracts, and coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements, skill gaps, and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases.
Prepare and verify monthly payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions to ensure timely and accurate disbursement.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to support employee development and organisational performance.
Assess training needs, coordinate development programs, and maintain accurate training records.
Oversee foreign worker recruitment and administration, including work permit renewals and related documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Coordinate staff engagement activities, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and workplace improvement initiatives.
Conduct disciplinary actions with proper documentation and justification as required.
Participate in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 documentation, training, and related processes.
Prepare EA Forms and ensure timely submission of employee e‑Filing.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in an HR generalist role, 6 years and above preferred for senior‑level positions.
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Language proficiency: English, Malay (Chinese language is an added advantage).
Must present a neat and professional appearance.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and HR operational best practices.
Hands‑on experience in recruitment, on boarding, performance management, and foreign worker processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Able to work independently with strong professionalism and confidentiality.
