Job summary

A leading human resources firm in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to administer HR operations, prepare employment documentation, and manage payroll processes. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant degree and have 8 - 10 years of experience in HR functions, specializing in recruitment or payroll. The role also requires knowledge of current HR techniques and proficiency with HR2000 software. Human Resources Executive - PJ (ID:690185)

Administer the full spectrum of Human Resources operations, including recruitment and statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN.

Prepare employment-related documents including letters of appointment, confirmation, and other HR correspondence, while maintaining accurate HR records and filing systems.

Liaise with recruitment agencies to fulfill the Group’s manpower requirements, including sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview arrangements.

Manage and process company payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

Possess a recognized Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or other relevant disciplines.

At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in HR functions

Preferably specializing in recruitment/admin/payroll or equivalent

Knowledge of HR2000 software will be an added advantage

Knowledgeable in current HR techniques in organization design & development, workforce planning, employee welfare management and talent acquisition & management
