Job Description
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Onboarding and orienting new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation
  • Administering employee records, benefits and payroll processing
  • Coordinating and delivering employee training and development programmes
  • Providing HR advisory services to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Managing industrial relation and disciplinary issues raised
Qualification / Competency
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the service industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications
