Job description
Human Resources Executive (Fresh Graduate)
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities, not limited to onboarding, compensation & benefits, training, attendance & leave management, payroll, employee relations and other HR administration functions.
  • Assist the team with the daily HR operations & processes.
  • Responsible for preparing all HR letters, updating and drafting important documents.
  • Prepare employment pass application and manage issues related to said visa.
  • Keep up to date with latest statutory requirements to ensure compliance with the current law and requirement, with guidance of team lead, to prep communication related to said updates.
  • Any other relevant task and assignment as and when requested by Management.
Job Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field.
  • Fresh graduate to 2 years of relevant HR working experiences (HR Operations) in IT industry.
  • Able to multi-task efficiently, positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills; time management; attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
  • Able to drive and run events.
  • Excellent written & communication skills and people – oriented personality.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for client engagement.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, will be an added advantage.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to ad hoc requests.
