Responsibilities include managing payroll, staff attendance, recruitment processes, and liaising with local authorities. To handle and manage HR related matters including but not limited to payroll, staff payouts, attendance, leave, and industrial relations matters.
Liaise with government statutory/ local authorities on monthly submission, any outstanding issues and assist in employee inquiries.
To keep abreast of changes in the labor law or relevant regulation/legislation, and attend to Industrial Court or Labor Office inquiry or staff complaints arises, if any arise.
In-charge ofrecruitment advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviews arrangements with the HOD; and status follows up.
Responsible in preparation of correspondence letter, i.e. appointment/ confirmation letters, warning letter, etc.
Compilation and generating monthly payroll and HR related reports.
Participate in upgrading company policies, operating procedures and employee training.
Responsible inadministration of the annual performance appraisal, bonuses and salary review exercise.
To complete HR operational requirements such as Domestic Inquiry by scheduling and assigning employees improvement steps; following up on work results with related HOD.
Update insurance policies for all staff, also responsible for billing to respective companies.
Maintaining and reviewing company guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures discussed and finalized by The Management.
To be in charge, develop and update any HR related systems and procedures together with departmental HOD in order to implement effective and efficient HR policies.
To safeguard the HR legal rights and interests of the Group of companies.
Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in human resources, or relevant field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Experience in IR or Labor Court attendance is advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible, committed, highly effective, dynamic and results-oriented.
Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
Computer literate and knowledge in payroll system (HRMS) is advantage.
Looking for mandarin speaker due to business nature and dealing with stakeholders.
