About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Executive to support daily HR operations. This role focuses on recruitment support, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Liaise with department heads to ensure manpower needs are met.

2. HR Administration & Records

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and termination letters.
  • Manage staff attendance records, leave management, and probation tracking.

3. Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related enquiries.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations in accordance with company policies.
  • Support performance appraisal and confirmation exercises.

4. Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
  • Support implementation and updating of HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

5. HR Reporting

  • Prepare basic HR reports such as headcount, recruitment status, turnover, and leave reports.
  • Maintain HR databases and systems accurately.
