You will assist in the full recruitment cycle, coordinate candidate communication, and maintain HR databases. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree with 1-2 years of HR experience and possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and facilitating a positive employee experience.

The Human Resource Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and policy compliance. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate candidate communication in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure new employees have necessary system access.
  • Handle offboarding steps, including exit interviews and clearance.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database accurately.
  • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, etc.).
  • Support payroll by providing updated employee information when needed.
  • Assist in preparing monthly HR reports.
  • Support in handling employee inquiries and day-to-day HR matters.
  • Help address employee concerns and elevate issues when required.
  • Assist in monitoring attendance, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR initiatives, staff events, and engagement programmes.
  • Assist in communication related to HR updates, activities, and announcements.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with audits, documentation, and HR policy updates.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR‑related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR systems is a plus.
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
