The Role

Sunrider Malaysia is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. This full‑time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic and operational HR initiatives, supporting both local and regional stakeholders within a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end‑to‑end HR support covering recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, HRIS administration, and performance management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate employee benefits, training, and development programs
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, including timely submission of statutory reports and payments
  • Support and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Collaborate closely with regional and international HR teams on HR projects and initiatives
  • Handle general administrative and office operations support, including office supplies, facilities maintenance, and security coordination
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • (experience in office administration is an added advantage)
  • Exposure to or experience in HRIS implementation and administration is a strong plus
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of managing administrative work efficiently
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the flexibility to adapt in a fast‑changing environment
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and well‑organised
