A leading manufacturing company located in Serendah, Selangor is seeking a Senior Executive in Human Resources. This role includes managing the complete recruitment process, coordinating employee onboarding, and maintaining HR compliance. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma in HR or Business Administration, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, and basic Mandarin skills, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are essential.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and selection support.
Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts and related documentation.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personal files and HR database.
Administer attendance, leave records, and overtime tracking.
Assist in preparation of HR letters (confirmation, promotion, warning, termination, etc.)
Assist in processing applications and renewals for Employment Pass (EP), Dependent Pass (DP) and other related permits.
Act as a communication bridge between Chinese expatriates and local employees, facilitating smooth workplace collaboration.
Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Coordinate internal and external training programs for employees, including HRDF claimable training.
Maintain training records, ensure compliance with company training requirements and support employee development plans.
Liaise with HQ and relevant departments to arrange overseas training opportunities in China were applicable.
Provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, seminar and learning activities.
Ensure HR operations comply with Malaysian labor laws and company regulations.
Assist in internal and external audits related to HR matters.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR-related documents.
Perform any other HR-related tasks as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, with at least basic Mandarin communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and immigration processes is an added advantage.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and work visa application is a plus.
