Human Resources Manager

Reporting to: Country Director of Multinational Company & Foreign Company

Location: Seremban (Negeri Sembilan) or Bukit Jalil (Selangor)

Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Advisory: Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of strategic and operational HR matters.
  • Learning & Development: Assess training needs, design and implement skill‑building, leadership, and soft‑skill programs.
  • Culture & Change Management: Promote organizational values, diversity & inclusion, and support change initiatives.
  • Industrial Relations: Ensure and maintain harmonious industrial relations within the organization.
  • Payroll Management: Manage end‑to‑end payroll operations including handling payroll queries, updating the payroll master file, making revisions, and computing adjustments. Ensure compliance with payroll policies and statutory requirements. Lead C&B reviews, job grading exercises, and market benchmarking studies. Support the organization’s talent management and retention strategies.
  • HR Reporting & Budgeting: Consolidate and analyze HR data to prepare reports for HR budgeting, manpower costing, and compensation planning.
  • HR Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain and update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Performance Management: Oversee and support the full performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, confirmations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Policy Compliance: Regularly review and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Manage recruitment processes and provide insights into talent trends. Recommend and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Employee Benefits & Welfare: Administer employee leave and insurance benefits efficiently.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare and manage all HR‑related documents such as appointment letters, confirmations, promotions, and resignation acceptances.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align HR analytics with business objectives.
  • HR Framework Development: Contribute to structuring a robust HR system and practices that support professional HR career development within the organization.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably Manager or Assistant Manager specializing in Human Resources Management.
  • Can drive the HR department for company expansion and team’s objectives.
  • Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
