Job description

Title: HR Manager _SEA (F&B industry)/ Recruitment Manager

Strategic HR Planning: Formulate medium- to long-term HR strategies for Southeast Asia, aligned with headquarters’ HR objectives. Optimize talent pipeline development and recruitment allocation mechanisms executed by HR Managers.

Compensation & Performance Management: Oversee upgrades to compensation and performance systems. Monitor HR costs (benchmarking against HR Managers’ attendance and payroll data) to ensure compliance and cost control.

Labor Law Compliance: Provide in-depth interpretation of labor regulations across multiple Southeast Asian countries. Guide HR Managers in risk avoidance and establish a regional compliance and risk-control ledger.

Corporate Culture Implementation: Lead initiatives to embed corporate culture, including cultural interviews, team-building activities, and organizing cross-country cultural integration programs.

HR Team Leadership: Manage the HR team, mentor HR Managers and Specialists, and enhance overall team professionalism.

Headquarters–Subsidiary Coordination: Act as the bridge between headquarters and subsidiaries to resolve major employee relations and organizational effectiveness issues beyond the scope of HR Managers.

Recruitment

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop medium- to long-term regional recruitment strategies aligned with Southeast Asia business expansion needs. Support talent pipeline goals set by HR headquarters, break down recruitment targets by country, and ensure effective implementation.

Recruitment System Development: Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes. Establish compliant recruitment standards and risk control mechanisms tailored to local regulations in Southeast Asian countries.

Executive & High-Level Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for director-level and above executives, as well as core technical talent. Build a high-level talent map for Southeast Asia, expand channels such as headhunters and industry networks, and oversee background checks and offer negotiations.

Team & Channel Management: Lead the regional recruitment team, set KPIs and training plans. Manage diverse recruitment channels, evaluate ROI, and innovate localized recruitment models (e.g., university-industry partnerships, community engagement).

Policy Adaptation & Collaboration: Interpret local visa regulations dynamically to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate with business units and headquarters to resolve cross-regional recruitment collaboration issues.
