Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.

Lead the HR team across all core functions: Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Training, and Employee Relations.

Ensure a robust and current HR policy framework is in place and continuously improved.

Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and implement effective solutions.

Payroll Management

Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Manage payroll systems and stay current with local statutory requirements.

Conduct regular audits and implement continuous improvements.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Lead recruitment strategy and end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Champion talent retention and succession planning.

Build AMC Cincaria’s employer brand through outreach, networking, and job fairs.

Develop competitive salary structures and benefit programs through annual market surveys.

Monitor employee engagement and implement initiatives to enhance satisfaction.

Oversee leave, insurance, and employee welfare programs.

Learning & Development

Design and execute company-wide training programs based on performance data and skill gaps.

Manage training budgets and certification programs.

Build future leaders through leadership development initiatives.

Performance Management

Implement structured performance appraisal systems (SMART goal setting, PIPs).

Regularly review KPIs and ensure fair and constructive employee assessments.

Compliance, Legal & Employee Relations

Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.

Handle disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace investigations with integrity and care.

Maintain all necessary records and documentation accurately.

General Administration

Manage office administration including insurance policies and facility needs.

Lead the admin team and enhance efficiency through continuous improvement.
