JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation of Foreign Workers Immigration documents for submission at KDN, Putrajaya
- Prepare Annual manpower needs and budgeting
- Attend to industrial relation cases at Labor office
- Verifying of official letters for employees like confirmation, resignation, termination
- Monitor permit and check out memo for 150 workers
- Attend career fair activities for the whole group, screens candidates and allocate according to request from respective factories
- Compile slides for Management and Weekly HR Huddles
- Prepare training materials for workers
- Compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA) data’s, prepare list of trainings requirement for the factory, and submits to Management for approvals
- Prepare training materials for workers and staffs. introduction training and Transfer of training knowledge
- Compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA) data’s, prepare list of trainings requirement for the factory, and submits to Management for approvals - Prepare forecast budgeting for current year and Compile TNA cost vs ROI reports for all HOD’s
- Filters resumes for new hires including chemists, engineers, managerial levels including PHD holders
- Conduct reference checks in a very confidential manner and Conduct preliminary interview with candidate
- Recommends for 2nd level of interview with the Hiring Managers , for successful candidates, and from outstation, arrange accommodations and other needs according to the request
- Conduct exit interviews for resigning staffs for all levels, prepare report for Management review on monthly basis
- Conduct meeting and brainstorming session with respective HOD/Team Leaders to update the resignation report findings and
- Attend to staff’s grievances issues
- Kastam/MITI/MIDA/ Dagang.net application for the importation of machineries and raw materials
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years proven experience in a HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, and drive continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations
