Overview

Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet organizational requirements. Maintain and update recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and HR databases. Assist in payroll administration, employee records management, and HR reporting as required. Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking training programs. Participate in performance management processes, including monitoring, evaluation, and feedback. Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and internal HR processes. Provide administrative and clerical support, including preparing HR reports, memos, and documentation. Undertake other HR-related tasks as assigned to support departmental objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, training, performance management, and employee engagement is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple HR functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
