A leading HR consultancy in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment activities. You will collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and develop strategies for recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment, along with good knowledge of HR processes. Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet organizational requirements. Maintain and update recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and HR databases. Assist in payroll administration, employee records management, and HR reporting as required. Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking training programs. Participate in performance management processes, including monitoring, evaluation, and feedback. Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and internal HR processes. Provide administrative and clerical support, including preparing HR reports, memos, and documentation. Undertake other HR-related tasks as assigned to support departmental objectives.
