We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive at Comfori Sdn Bhd, an established corporate Conference and Training provider. This full‑time position will be responsible for supporting the overall HR functions in the Group.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and process company payroll on a timely and accurate basis.
  2. Handle recruitment and staffing needs, including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  3. Maintaining employee records and files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Implementing and administering HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Providing support and guidance to employees on HR‑related matters.
  6. Coordinating employee training and development programs, company engagement events and team‑building activities.
  7. Monitoring and reporting on HR metrics and key performance indicators.
