The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Human Resources and possess 3-4 years of relevant experience. HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Responsible for all human resources functions of the entire organization

Responsible for payroll

Responsible for Foreign worker requirement such as renewal permit

Lead and manage the human resources activities according to the organization’s values and culture - in alignment with the Company’s business strategy

Plan, direct and administer all aspects of human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, career planning, performance appraisal, and compensation & benefits

Manage the recruitment processes by attracting, screening and shortlisting the right candidates for the required vacancies

Serve as a bridge between the Management and the employees in order to maintain company synergy and achieve the best results

Review existing HR processes and proactively propose and implement new improvement initiatives

Suggest new ways of working to improve digitization and effectiveness of the HR functions

Review, formulate, develop and implement HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency

Act as a contact point for enquirers related to the Company’s HR policies, and to ensure all day-to-day HR matters are managed in accordance with the company’s employee handbook and relevant labor laws

Oversee and manage all activities related to the timely preparation of payroll and foreign worker-related issues

Manage disciplinary issues and employee grievances, while acting as an intermediary between the Company and the Labor / Industrial Relations offices

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

At least 3-4 years of working experience in related position

Good command of English and BM in both written and spoken

Knowledgeable in Employment Act and Malaysia government statutory regulations

Ability to multi-task while working under tight deadlines

Ability of work independently as part of a team

Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality

Excellent writing, communication skill, analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to advise management on human resources issues

Being meticulous, detailed, well organized and a team player
