Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience or knowledge in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and systems.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Bukit Kemuning, Shah Alam.
Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS).
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Ensure proper documentation of staff personal profiles, benefits, contracts, etc.
  • Review and verify timesheets, leave records, and attendance data to ensure accurate pay calculation.
  • Assist in annual audits, tax filings, and any other payroll-related requirements as needed.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
  • Communicate and resolve any payroll discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support and assist with any other ad-hoc HR assignments/trainings/events/activities.
  • Handle onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding processes.
