Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of working experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with payroll software (e.g. SQL, Kakitangan, or Autocount) is an advantage.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Able to work independently and communicate well in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
  • Handle monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Prepare and issue employment letters, confirmation, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process – job posting, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding new staff.
  • Support performance appraisal, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company policy and labour law.
  • Liaise with government departments and external agencies on HR-related matters.
  • Assist management in HR reporting and continuous process improvement.
