Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Malaysian HR, labor law & statutory regulations.
- Demonstrated ability in hiring, payroll, administration, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manpower planning & recruitment including ads and onboarding.
- Manage payroll and statutory contributions.
- Organize training plans and liaise with statutory bodies.

Job Responsibility
- Manpower planning & recruitment (ads, interviews, onboarding)
- Issue offer letters, confirmation letters & related HR docs
- Manage payroll & statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Oversee leave, attendance, and staff records
- Handle performance appraisals & increment/confirmation processes
- Organize training plans & HRDF claims
- Liaise with statutory bodies (KDN, JKKP, immigration) for compliance
- Renew permits for foreign workers, insurance & company assets
- Drive employee welfare & company events
- Support ISO 9001:2015 HR documentation & compliance
Job Requirements
- 5 years++ HR experience (manufacturing/production environment preferred)
- Knows Malaysian HR, labor law & statutory regulations thoroughly
- Strong in end-to-end HR: hiring, payroll, admin, compliance
- Good at multitasking & self-managing
- BM & English & Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office & HR software
- Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Admin/related field
