Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of Malaysian HR, labor law & statutory regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability in hiring, payroll, administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manpower planning & recruitment including ads and onboarding.
  • Manage payroll and statutory contributions.
  • Organize training plans and liaise with statutory bodies.

Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Manpower planning & recruitment (ads, interviews, onboarding)
  • Issue offer letters, confirmation letters & related HR docs
  • Manage payroll & statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Oversee leave, attendance, and staff records
  • Handle performance appraisals & increment/confirmation processes
  • Organize training plans & HRDF claims
  • Liaise with statutory bodies (KDN, JKKP, immigration) for compliance
  • Renew permits for foreign workers, insurance & company assets
  • Drive employee welfare & company events
  • Support ISO 9001:2015 HR documentation & compliance

Job Requirements

  • 5 years++ HR experience (manufacturing/production environment preferred)
  • Knows Malaysian HR, labor law & statutory regulations thoroughly
  • Strong in end-to-end HR: hiring, payroll, admin, compliance
  • Good at multitasking & self-managing
  • BM & English & Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Office & HR software
  • Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Admin/related field
