Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm based in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle, develop HR policies, and ensure compliance with local laws. The ideal candidate must possess a degree or diploma in Business Administration and have at least 3 years of experience in an HR role within the manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. This position is based at Taman Teknologi Cheng, Melaka.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in HR department at Manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interview arrangement.
  • Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Manage full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, shortlisting, recruitment, interview arrangement and onboarding
  • Handle employee records, attendance and leave management
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
  • Knowledge of Foreign workers and hostel management
  • Support in organizing, staff training, engagement activities and HR related events
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian laws and company policies
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues
  • Perform ad hoc task
  • Liase with the Government authority
  • Any other jobs or assigned by Superior, Manager and Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in HR department at Manufacturing Industry
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Possess good computer knowledge in MS Office (Word/Excel) etc
  • Able to work independentlySelf discipline and able working in fast faced environment
