What you’ll be doing

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding

Maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and employee records

Support employee engagement programs and initiatives

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations

Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR operational support

Assist with HR reporting and other ad-hoc HR tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply)

Good knowledge of labour laws and HR practices

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage
