A dynamic HR company in Malaysia is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support operations and enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment process, maintain HR documentation, and support engagement initiatives. A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field and 1-3 years of HR experience are required. This role involves helping ensure compliance with labor laws and supporting day-to-day operations.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources operations and enhance the employee experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about people management and HR best practices.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and employee records
Support employee engagement programs and initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations
Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR operational support
Assist with HR reporting and other ad-hoc HR tasks as needed
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply)
Good knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage
