Langtuo International Technology SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Handling the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and exit processes
• Providing HR administrative support, including payroll, leave management, and maintaining employee records
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinating employee training and development programs
• Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives
• Identifying and addressing HR-related concerns and providing practical solutions
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives

What we're looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the technology or consulting industry
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
