A growing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an organised HR Executive to manage daily HR operations and provide PA support. The role involves handling recruitment, payroll, and employee documentation, and managing schedules and office supplies. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Human Resources with at least 1 year of experience. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for career growth as the company expands.
We are looking for a reliable and organised HR Executive with PA support capabilities to manage daily HR operations, support management coordination, and help build internal systems and SOPs. This role works closely with management and plays an important part in keeping the company organised and running smoothly.
Human Resource Management
Handle full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and HR records.
Manage payroll preparation, staff claims, attendance, and leave tracking.
Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
PA & Management Support
Manage company meeting schedules, calendars, and appointments.
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Assist management in tracking ongoing projects and internal deadlines.
Office Administration
Manage office supplies and pantry items.
Ensure the office environment is organised and well maintained.
Support general administrative tasks as required.
Systems, SOP & Workspace Support
Assist in building, documenting, and updating company SOPs and internal workflows.
Support the setup and maintenance of company workspace systems (e.g. Google Drive, Notion).
Use AI tools where applicable to improve documentation and workflow efficiency.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR, Admin, or PA roles.
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up and coordination.
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel; Notion / AI tools preferred).
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Good communication skills and able to work independently.
Hybrid working arrangement (Work From Home + Office).
