  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure employees meet annual training targets.
  • Record keeping of training attended by each staff.
  • Occasionally handle external errands.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Provide basic IT assistance to staff.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Check/update employee attendance daily.
  • Ensure timely salary payments.
  • Handle permit renewals before/during/after expiry.
  • Support foreign employees’ well‑being and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental waste regulations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure employees meet annual training targets (8 hours/staff).
  • Record keeping of training attended by each staff.
  • Occasionally handle external errands, such as collecting or delivering documents, purchasing supplies, or other HR admin, office‑related tasks.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Provide basic IT assistance to staff, including setting up computers, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues and elevate complex problems to the IT department when necessary.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a minimum Diploma or higher Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience.
  • Possess initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong technical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good team player and able to communicate well.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang, Selangor.
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 1.00pm.
