Job summary

Job Description
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian OSHA, Environmental Quality Act, and Factory & Machinery Act.
  • Liaise with DOSH, DOE, and secure all necessary EHS permits and licenses.
  • Develop and implement EHS Management Plans and HIRARC procedures.
  • Manage Permit to Work systems for high-risk activities.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and enforce PPE and safety protocols.
  • Review subcontractor EHS plans and lead coordination meetings.
  • Deliver EHS training (e.g., emergency response, work at height, LOTO).
  • Investigate incidents and maintain RCA reports and incident logs.
  • Monitor emissions, noise, dust, and waste per DOE guidelines.
  • Maintain complete EHS documentation and submit regular reports.
