The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR and recruitment experience, fluent in English and Mandarin, and must work independently without managing a team. This role emphasizes strong interviewing and advisory skills, apt communication, and adherence to confidentiality.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Manager (Individual Contributor) who can manage recruitment, HR operations, and performance frameworks for the company. You will work directly with top management and department heads, ensuring the organisation has the right people, structure, and KPIs to support growth. This role does not manage a team — you will independently drive all HR and hiring functions. Added Advantage: Experience or knowledge of i‑gaming

Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Company Direction

Support management in manpower planning and organisational structure.

Develop and maintain HR policies, onboarding processes, and company image.

Coordinate HR documentation and ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

Handle full recruitment cycle for all departments.

Source, screen, interview, and recommend high‑quality candidates.

Maintain an active talent pipeline and improve employer branding.

Performance Management & KPI Oversight

Work with HODs to define KPIs for each role.

Track KPI progress and highlight gaps to management.

Support performance reviews, coaching, and improvements.

Employee Relations & Culture

Act as the main HR contact for staff issues and conflict resolution.

Build a responsible, positive, and performance‑driven culture.

Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and company policies.

Requirements

3–5 years HR/Recruitment experience in any industry.

Strong interviewing and HR advisory skills.

Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients (spoken & written).

Able to work independently as a standalone HR function (individual contributor).

Strong communication, ownership, and confidentiality.

Added Advantage: Experience or knowledge of i‑gaming
