Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in HR systems
  • Assist in performance management cycle, training coordination, and talent development programs
  • Support time attendance, payroll coordination, and leaves administration accurately and timely
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and communication programs for better workplace culture
  • Assist in employee relations matters including counseling, investigations, and disciplinary documentation
  • Ensure HR policies and statutory requirements are adhered to
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or fast-paced industrial environment
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws & HR processes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential matters
  • Hands‑on, energetic, and able to multitask under minimal supervision
