A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, preparing job offers, and analyzing manpower efficiency. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from manpower planning to onboarding.
Work with Hiring Managers to confirm job requirements, approvals, and timelines.
Job advertise, Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to ensure timely candidate selection.
Manage offer preparation, negotiation, and pre-employment checks.
Maintain recruitment records, reports, and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
Coordinate with Department Heads on headcount planning, staffing structure, and organization chart design.
Maintain and track job descriptions; notify and support Department Heads on JD creation for new or revised positions.
Support organization design, restructuring, and workforce optimization initiatives with business departments.
Prepare, monitor, and analyze manpower efficiency and headcount reports.
Manage Employee Development Programs, including promotions, succession planning, and Cadre Management records.
Coordinate and support Talent Review programs, including key-person and key-position management.
Perform ad-hoc HR and organizational development tasks as required
