Adecco’s client is seeking a dynamic, business-oriented, and people-focused HR Retail Specialist to drive the end-to-end HR strategy for a luxury retail workforce. This role partners closely with Retail Operations and leadership teams to attract, develop, and retain high-performing retail talent while embedding a strong culture and delivering an exceptional consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of retail talent, from recruitment and onboarding to career development, ensuring employees reflect brand values and are fully engaged.
  • Lead end-to-end retail talent acquisition ensuring candidates reflect brand values, and luxury service standards
  • Handle employee relations matters within the retail field, including disciplinary issues, conflict resolution, and compliance-related concerns
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development and Brand Education teams to align product knowledge training with leadership, service excellence, and soft skills development
  • Drive performance management processes, aligning qualitative service KPIs with commercial and sales targets
  • Partner with Finance and Retail Operations to manage commission schemes, incentives, and retail compensation structures
  • Develop and implement engagement to improve retention, morale, and employee loyalty in a competitive retail market
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations, including working hours, payroll accuracy, incentives, and health and safety requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in retail, hospitality, luxury, or high-touch service environments
  • Hands‑on experience in Industrial Relations, including disciplinary cases and employee disputes
  • Understanding of retail KPIs and ability to link HR initiatives to business performance
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Field-oriented, agile, and comfortable working directly with retail teams
