Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking an HR Project Manager for an 18-month contract with a salary of up to RM 12,000. This role involves manpower planning, budget management, and compensation benchmarking in a multinational manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in HR Management or Business Administration with at least 8 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Qualifications

• Minimum Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration or related field.
• Ideally 8 years of experience as HR generalist in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language will be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark compensation and benefits against competitors.
• Create and manage budgeting plans.
• Develop communication materials for HR initiatives.
• Handle office administration related to HR functions.
