Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers.
• Execute monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Implement and maintain HR policies aligned with Malaysian labour law.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters.
• Manage end-to-end expat documentation and applications.
• Coordinate with external vendors for onboarding support.
• Maintain and improve HRIS/payroll tools and ensure data accuracy.
