HR Operations (Fresh Graduate - Mandarin Speaker) (Start ASAP)

Join CBRE as an HR Operations specialist supporting end-to-end Employee Life Cycle processes across APAC, requiring Mandarin proficiency.

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Act as subject matter expert on HR processes and procedures at country or workstream level.
  • Provide next level support for complex HR cases and services; support simple cases during spikes.
  • Process and respond to employee and people team inquiries related to compensation, benefits, employee services, competency, performance, and payroll.
  • Validate and audit employee data in Peoplesoft; perform corrections and updates as necessary.
  • Update employee movements including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, resignations, and personal data changes accurately.
  • Support creation of employee documentation per defined processes and requests.
  • Maintain employee leave data including leave of absence, return to work, leave extension, and cancellation administration.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits data such as salary changes, bonuses, and off-cycle increments.
  • Perform administration on documentation including policies, contracts, invoices, personnel files, and compliance documents; generate letters using system templates.
  • Conduct random audits and quality checks on task and case completion.
  • Support audit activities in partnership with in‑country counterparts for people related services supported by PSC.
  • Support systems enhancements through testing, training, and implementation with the team.
About You

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Development, Service Management, or relevant field.
  • Relevant internship experience in HR transactional tasks such as employee pre‑boarding/off‑boarding, benefit administration, employee data management, payroll, HR reporting, or general HR operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients in Mandarin‑speaking regions.
