Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Johor is seeking an HR Operations Executive who is a Mandarin speaker. This role requires supporting onboarding processes, HR helpdesk, and time and attendance management using SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of local laws, and must be able to join immediately. The position offers a full-time day shift with a salary of RM7000.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR Operations / HRSS experience.
• Strong knowledge of local statutory and labour laws.
• Experience supporting large employee populations (4,000+ headcount).

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Day-1 coordination.
• HR Helpdesk support with a high ticket volume.
• Management of Time & Attendance using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Resolving payroll and attendance-related queries.
• Coordinating Background Verification and Medical Test.

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations professional to support end-to-end Onboarding, HR Helpdesk, Time & Attendance, and BGV operations in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Day-1 coordination
• HR Helpdesk support (high ticket volume, SLA-driven)
• Time & Attendance management (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Payroll & attendance-related query resolution
• Background Verification (BGV) & Medical Test (PEMC) coordination

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR Operations / HRSS experience
• SAP SuccessFactors experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local statutory & labour laws
• Experience supporting large employee populations (4,000+ headcount)
• High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Able to join immediately
