The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and delivering efficient and effective HR services. Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations & Administration
    • Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, and HR records management.
    • Manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR correspondence.
    • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HRIS data.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement processes with professionalism.
    • Support engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement
    • Prepare HR reports for management including headcount, turnover, and HR metrics.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance HR service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Good command of English, Malay, and Chinese
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
