Job summary

A leading Malaysian company is seeking an HR Executive to manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, with 2–3 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of Malaysian labor laws. Job description

Work closely with Management to strategically plan and implement HR initiatives that support company goals, improve efficiency, and enhance employee engagement.

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and other HR administration to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring strict confidentiality of salary and wage information.

Draft and issue HR-related documents such as Letters of Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Salary Adjustment/Increment, and other official correspondences.

Handle disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company policies and statutory requirements.

Liaise with government authorities and agencies (e.g., SOCSO, EPF, HRDF, JTK, EIS) to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.

Support HR-related audits, reporting, and documentation.

Undertake any other ad hoc assignments or projects as directed by Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience(hands‑on payroll experience is an advantage).
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labor laws, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with HR/payroll systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
