Job Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partnering
  • Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
  • Support performance management, learning & development, and organizational change.
  • Provide HR input for business projects and transformation efforts.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Lead recruitment efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
  • Drive key HR processes including talent reviews, compensation, and performance management.
  • Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs using internal and external resources.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on development and career growth.
  • Employee Experience & Internal Communication
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment across all levels.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
  • Administration & Compliance
  • Oversee general office administration and ensure efficient support services.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage and improve internal HR systems and processes.
  • Occupational Safety & Health (OSH)
  • Ensure compliance with OSH regulations and company safety policies.
  • Coordinate safety audits, training, and reporting in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Promote a safe and healthy workplace culture.
  • HR Projects, Policies & Budget
  • Lead initiatives to improve HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
  • Review and update the employee handbook regularly to reflect current policies and practices.
  • Prepare and manage the annual HR budget, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
  • Requires monthly travel to Kuala Lumpur to ensure consistent HR support and alignment across both locations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition and generalist functions
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
